Thank you, thank you.

There’s something very important I want to say to you.

Thank you.

For however long you’ve been doing it, you open up these emails from me, or read the versions I post on the Moodnudges blog, and you give me the gift of your attention.

And never let it be said that attention isn’t a gift.

2016-04-15

You have so much going on, so many other demands on your time, that I count my lucky stars you find the focus to read I write and sometimes (I think) reflect on its meaning in terms of your own life.

I see your willingness to hear from me four times a week as the granting of an enormous honour.

I want you to know that I very certainly don’t take it for granted.

As time goes by, the volume of emails you get is increasing all the time.

I know my own Inbox is only barely under control these days.

So allowing me to write to you so often (and I hope not too often) means the world to me, it really does.

There’s something very important I want to say to you, that’s so important I’ll say it twice.

Thank you.

  1. Thank you, Jon. I have been reading your emails since Moodscope, when I heard you on Midweek. With Moodnudges I can have five minutes of Californian sunshine each time I read your emails. (Even in dull, drizzly England) thank you.

  2. Thank you, for being in my inbox, I look forward to my mood nudges they never fail to make me pause, think, reflect and move on with new envigour.

  3. There’s something very important I want to say to you.

    Thank you.

For however long you’ve been doing it, you send these emails to me, or post the same thoughts on your Moodnudges blog, and you give me the gift of your attention and the reminder that I am not the only person dealing with the emotional challenges of life in the ‘developed’ world.

Never let it be said that attention isn’t a gift.

You have so much going on, so many other demands on your time that I count my lucky stars you find the focus to write and send your Moodnudges whose meaning I always reflect on in terms of my own life.

I see your willingness to connect with me four times a week as the granting of an enormous honour.

I want you to know that I very certainly don’t take it for granted.

I hope that as time goes by, the volume of emails that you send is increasing all the time.

I know my own Inbox is only barely under control these days.

So you writing to me so often (the frequency is just right) means the world to me, it really does.

There’s something very important I want to say to you, that’s so important I’ll say it twice.

    Thank you.

  4. Hi Jon, a very big THANK YOU to YOU too. I really enjoy reading your blogs. You so often touch on the day to day things that we can forget about in this hustle bustle world that we live in.
Your comments which I usually read when I wake up can sometimes set the tone for my day ahead, and make me stop….. contemplate, breathe, move on with the day. Thank you again Jon

  8. Hi Jon and Fellow Moodnudgers,

Thank YOU, Jon, more than words can say, for your faithful communications and the lift they bring to my life. I’ve been a fan and follower since the early days of MoodScope. I’ve recommended you to several others, including the person who was my therapist several years ago, and she in turn has recommended you so patients.

I can hardly wait to get your new book!

Sending encouragement for all that you do,
    Lynne
